I offer a time-tested (since 2007) “bought deal” Flow Through Share transaction that saves a significant amount of tax – and has always – 100% of the time – delivered positive cash-on-cash returns.
After a 30 year career as an investment and insurance advisor, I successfully sold and transitioned my investment book of business and now offer Canadian accredited investors, wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs and their corporations, opportunities to reduce their tax burden. Business owners can reduce or eliminate the punitive taxes on passive corporate income in excess of $50,000. It can also help extract money from their corporations at the lowest possible cost, usually via the Capital Dividend account. We can also help significantly reduce the net out-of-pocket cost of philanthropic donations.
Since 2007 the firms I work with have sold more than $2 billion of flow-through shares, consistently delivering superior after-tax returns while saving clients significant amounts of tax. With our 100% success rate, not one investor has ever had a tax benefit denied or modified. These firms are registered as Exempt Market Dealers (EMD) with the Ontario Securities Commission .
I am also a past member of the internationally respected Society of Trust and Estate Planners (T.E.P.) and qualified as a Chartered Alternative Investment Planner (C.H.A.I.P.). In 2001 I achieved the highest possible award in the Life Insurance industry, earning “Top of the Table” status of the Million Dollar Round Table.
